Brad’s book, partly done by students, is great way to encourage reading. With humor and
insight he shows that you can accomplish anything. He will discuss how his
character, Billy Fustertag learns that hard work and preparation can be the catalyst for a wonderful life full of accomplishment and joy.

This program is captivating to young audiences and uses slides, music, and fun to bring across a variety of issues important to elementary students. Among them: appropriate humor, choosing a career, using your imagination, preparation for your future, succeeding at any age, and something new and fun always comes up during every show.

Brad Tassell spent ten years as Assistant Director of the Indiana University Camp for Gifted and Talented Youth under Howard Spicker. Brad has a degree from IU in Theater. He has been seen in concert with Jay Leno, Tim Allen, Jeff Foxworthy, and many others. He has been a nationally
touring stand up comedian for over a decade. He has done education seminars for teachers with his wife Janet who is the Director of Learning and Assessment for the North Spencer County School
Corporation, and has performed for students K-12.
